Refund and Returns Policy<\/h2>\n

Atlas Performance sells laboratory research products. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days<\/strong> from the delivery date of your order.<\/p>\n

Eligibility<\/h3>\n

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and unused<\/strong>, with all seals intact, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. For product-integrity and safety reasons, opened research products cannot be returned or refunded.<\/p>\n

To start a return, contact us at james@atlasperformance.us<\/a> with your order number and proof of purchase. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.<\/p>\n

Wrong or damaged items<\/h3>\n

If we sent the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h3>\n

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.<\/p>\n
